Automation systems for batching, batch production.
Currently, because of the potential, we use the system Simatic PCS7 Batch. Our firm, as the only one in Poland, have implemented several systems PCS7 Batch.
Batching production is typical production existed in chemical, petrochemical, food or pharmaceutical industry. It is based on appropriate batching of particular components into the mixer, reactor or other container according to specified recipe. The batching components may be carried out in specified order or simultaneously in particular weight, capacity or mole proportions.
It is sometimes necessary to heat the batch during batching process or in case of exothermal reaction cooling it down. There may also be necessary mixing or dispergation or appropriate seasoning.
The production is usually carried out simultaneously on several containers. Automation system must, then, provide appropriate matching of batching ways, mutual barriers or reservation of auxiliary containers. Receiving stores or stock on hand must be often checked out in order to carry out the production.
Very often the production is carried out in the zone of explosion risk, which demands additional requirements.
System functionality of the batching production, in large extent, depends on experience and the knowledge of the people that are involved. The analysis of the actual needs of the users and not only relying on technology, adequate recognition of the weak sides result with undisturbed production process even at substantial variations of the recipes.
Our experience acquired after implementation of batching production systems makes us able to carry out all the technologies and end up each implementation with success. (brak)
